WWII bomb damaged to Old Broad Street, London, England

"A bomb fell on the vacant site between Palmerston House (no.34) and the Bank of Taiwan (nos.40-41) 3.44pm 15th July 1944," according to the City of London website. In 1873 Alexander Avierino, merchant, had worked in the Palmerston Buildings..
