A notification by Theodore J. Rodocanachi, dated 26 July 1840, in which he announces the purchase (price: 17.750 Drachmas) of Jacob C. Negroponte's house, located opposite Nicolas Prassacachiīs house and adjacent to Nicolas Calvocoressiīs house, and calls on anyone having legal objections to that purchase to apply within one month by letter to the newspaper (Hermes of Ermoupolis).
