A notification by Theodore J. Rodocanachi, dated 26 July 1840, in which he announces the purchase (price: 17.750 Drachmas) of Jacob C. Negroponte' house, located opposite Nicolas Prassacachi´s house and adjacent to Nicolas Calvocoressi´s house, and calls on anyone having legal objections to that purchase to apply within one month by letter to the newspaper (Hermes of Ermoupolis).
