Family reunion, London, July 2012

Several dozen bloodline Agelastos and friends gathered over the weekend, 14-15 July 2012. Saturday's events included a visit to West Norwood Cemetery (a guided tour by Colin Fenn of The Friends of West Norwood), vespers at St. Sophia, followed by a tour of the church museum and coffee with Archmandrite Theonas Bakalis and his warden. Then dinner at Halepi. We gathered Sunday at the Henry Moore Museum and Sculpture Garden, Perry Green.

2012 London reunion

Dinner at Halepi Restaurant began at 8 PM. This restaurant is arguably the most authentic in Bayswater. It's like being in Greece [in the best of times]: good food, quick service, cramped, noisy and everyone is having a good time.
