    He and his brother Eustratius were merchants in London operating as 'Eumorfopoulos Brothers' until 31 Dec 1910 when Stamatios resigned. The firm continued with Eustratius alone.

    Chairman of Anglo-Egyptian Vallora Ltd at the time of it voluntary liquidation (London Gazette 25 May 1923). Chairman -- and appointed joint liquidator -- at the time British Metallising Co. Ltd. also went into voluntary liquidation (London Gazette 28 Dec 1934, 5 Mar 1935, 9 Aug 1935).

    He appears to been liquidator in the settlement of affairs in a number of bankruptcies. A billard player (see article in The Billiard Player 15 Mar 1921).

    He proved the will of his brother Nicholas 26 Feb 1943 (London Gazette 2 Apr 1943).

    S. Eumorfopoulos, 4 Ashburn Gardens, S.W.7, London wrote a letter to the editor of The Times (London) 30 Jun 1943 regarding company law reform.
