Mavrogordato [possibly Zorzis (Matheios) Mavrogordato], Pandely Rodocanachi, Nicholas M. Mavrogordato, N.A. Scanavi and P. Rodocanachi, as Merchants, at Odessa under the firm of Theodore Paul Rodocanachi, at Rostoff under the firm of Nicholas A. Scanavi, at Marseilles under the firm of Paul and Theodore Rodocanachi, at Leghorn under the firm of Rodocanachi, Sons, and Co., at Paris under the firm of P. Rodocanachi, and at London under the firm of Rodocanachi, Sons, and Co., until it was dissolved 12 May 1880 (London Gazette 14 May 1880).

P Th Rodocanachi, Odessa, was a donating member, Association for the Encouragement of Greek Studies, Paris, France.
