  Notes	Frosso Sarafoglu's placement here is due to detective work by Parker Agelasto and Lucy Syrioti Brett-Crowther, who is Frosso's cousin 2 times removed. Parker writes: "Frosso Sarafoglu would be Constantine (Connie) Sarafoglu's sister and would have stayed in Constantinople while he attended school in England. Assuming she was not a twin of Connie, her mother would have been Harriet Agelasto's sister, Aspasia Agelasto, who married Stephanos Sarafoglu in 1888. This was very common for a sister to marry her sister's widower and raise her nieces and nephews. Stephanos Sarafoglu died in 1890. Frosso would therefore need to have been born between 1888 and 1890." According to Lucy Brett-Crowther, "Frosso recounted to both my husband and me, how her father - of whom I appear to have no photo - begged the church to let him marry Aspasia Agelasto and promised to pay for the embellishment of the Patriarchate (Phanar)". She attended English High School, Constantinople, where she received the 3rd class honors prize, IV form, College of Preceptors, Christmas 1903. Residence: Constantinople, until her marriage.
