- 23 November 1893 according to the tombstone in Constantinople. Probate says 7 Dec 1893. Argenti gives 25 Nov 1893, Athens. Likely a mixup between calendars or that monumental inscription does not indicate actual burial.
- His estate of £663,159 10s. 10d. administered by Joseph Benson, Pandely Leonidas Argenti and Michel George Mavrogordato. [6]
- A death certificate for this individual was not found at the Athens central vital statistics office (Old Town Hall, June, 2012).

- Lived in London, Paris and Constantinople. Involved in the building of St Stephen\'s Church in Paris. A member of the Building Committee for St Sophia, London. In 1870, with two of his brothers, he gave a hanging lamp to St Sophia Church, London.
- Appears to have been known as Stephanovich-Schilizzi. He donated a statue of Lord Byron which stands in Zappeion Gardens. Grand Officer of the Order of The Saviour.
- Made the initial financial enquiries into the feasibility of building St Sophia Church, London.
- Was co-executor of the estate of his cousin Paul John Schilizzi.
