Executors of will dated 5 Jul 1899 were his wife, Theodore Pandia Ralli and Pandely Leonidas Argenti, both of 5 Fenchurch St., London, and John Pandia Scaramanga of 3 Hyde Park Place. He gave £1000 to the trustees of the Greek Orthodox Church of St Nicholas, Liverpool, for reduction of the existing debt on the church, or, if the debt should have been paid off, then for beautifying, restoring, or repairing the church, among other bequests.
