| Boulevard d’Athènes 5-9, Marseille, France The street known today as Boulevard d’Athènes has had previous names including Boulevard Dugommier. The extended George Menander Zizinia family lived at boulevard Dugommier 5, 1841-1868, including his wife Zambelou and four children Penelope (her husband Ambrose P. Sechiari, and children Arghyro, Paraskeva, Zambelou & Virginie), Cleopatra (her husband, Theodore E. Rodocanachi and their children, Fanny and Zambelou, and his brother Paul E.), Aglaia (her husband Nicolas M. Dromocaitis and daughter Angelique) and Meandre, who died there in 1852. |

Number 13, occupied by the Rodocanachi family in 1871, is a Class II listed building (1975); photo 2009. A Keppie Massie development is planned by Barnfeld Construction for the back lot. Six 2-bedroom flats will start at £92,950. |

| Lockerby Road, Liverpool, England In the latter decades of the 19th Century Lockerby [Locherby] Road was in the rural countryside east of Liverpool center. Today, industrial space occupies what would have been the low, even numbers of the road; The Schilizzi and Sechiari families lived here in 1861, probably in what became the even numbers (a neighbor in 1861 lived in the house that was numbered '2' in the 1871 census); photo 2009. |
| Sefton House, 50 Ullet Road, Sefton Park, Liverpool "A number of websites state that Sefton House was demolished or that it once stood in Greenbank Park next to the lake. The 1881 census shows only one Sefton House and it is in Sefton Park, as 1881 was only 5 years after the birth of George Rodocanachi I believe that this house on Ullet Road is his former home. It remains standing today in Sefton Park." (Liverpool and Merseyside Remembered). |
