- 23 Oct 1899: He was issued USA passport #187, by the US legation, Constantinople, claiming citizenship through naturalization of his father. He states he will return to the US after putting his affairs in order and that he will be travelling to Paris to "pursue a course of study." Witness was E. Eugenidis, perhaps Efstathios Anastasios Eugenidi.
