- Estate valued at £92482 4s 7d, resworn £93957 17s 10d, administered at London 12 Apr 1932 by widow, his son John Emmanuel and Harold Rodocanachi, esquires. [7]
- According to The Times (London) 16 Apr 1932, the estate had a £51,933 net personalty. He gave "£500 to his secretary, George Wakeling, if still in his employ; £200 to Henry Ticknet, chauffeur; and £100 to Henry eale, gardener, no like conditions: £50 to edith Knight; £50 to each of his other servants of 10 years' service. Mr. Rodocanachi states he left nothing to public charities ('to which I have given during my lifetime'), in view of the heavy death duties."

- In 1897 he built the large country house called 'Chios' near Worthing in Sussex which was pulled down after his death. Left £92,482 and £500 to his secretary George Wakeling.
- A letter from Zorzis Michalinos to church-warden Emmanuel Michael Rodocanachi, dated 30 Oct 1902, was kept in the archives because it was the first to written on a typewriter.
- He was the co-executor of the estate of John Michael Agelasto (his father-in-law), along with his brother-in-law Pandely John Agelasto, with whom he was business partners in Rodocanachi Sons & Co., Bankers & Steamship managers, from 1911-1926. The company filed for bankruptcy 23 Nov 1929.
- A photo, possibly of E.M. Rodocanachi, with child, was taken early 1900s by George Boucas (Athens & London), who was a major photographer at the time. You can read more about him on this site.(Parker Agelasto) Michael Constantinidi says, however, "I can’t identify the child in the photo, though it could be my aunt Eirene Rodocanachi, but I certainly do not think the man is my grandfather; in the pictures I have of him he looks quite different."
