In addition to he and his father, it involved Emanuel George Franghiadi & son Stephen Emanuel (London Gazette 25 Mar 1870, 13 May 1870, 6 July 1875). A third and fourth dividend paid 1s. 4d. and 10d. in the pound, respectively (London Gazette 13 Aug 1872, 24 July 1874).
