- Occupation: Chancery barrister 1932-39. Asst Dir. Ministry of Aircraft Production 1943. Advocate-Gen. (Sudan) 1946, Legal Adviser to Governor-Gen. (Sudan); 1952, Legal Counsel, Sudan Government; 1953, Senior Counsel to Ministry of Justice (Sudan) 1958-61. The architect of the legal structure of the Anglo-Egyptian Sudan, and the principal draftsman of the constitution which carried it from colony to independence.
- His portrait was painted by Peacock. Served in the Ministry of Aircraft Production in WWll. Author and renowned expert on hawking and falconry. CMG 1952. Member of the British Ornithological Union. Author of 'Behind The Scenes', an autobiography.

- He was associated with, along with his banker father, in P.P. Rodocanachi & Co., 65 London Wall (previously 40/41 Old Broad Street) E.C.2, London. Other partners included Constantin Manoli Vassiliadi and Theodore Michel Mavrogordato (London Gazette 17 Feb 1942, 18 Feb 1947, 4 Feb 1949, 3 Feb 1950). His position was described as "Assistant Legal Secretary to the Sudan Government" (1947) and "Advocate General and Deputy Legal Secretary to the Sudanese Government" (1949); he left the firm several years after his father's departure/death.
