  Notes	Cavalry Lieutenant in the 15th Austrian Dragoons. Decorated in WWl with the Signum Laudis (with sabres), the Bronze and Silver Bravery medals, of the Karl Truppen-Kreuz. The Galatti family was apparently the original owner of a water color painting (currently owned by the German Federal Archives). That painting was perhaps one of the works of art confiscated or bought for under real value in 1943 by the Nazis and sold later at various auctions.
