| David Bles (Dutch 1821-1899). Portrait of Princess Petrocochino, artist's daughter, signed, oil on canvas, 133 x 86 cm. Sold at auction, 2004, by Bonhams for £3,760: "This portrait is of Henrietta, the youngest child of David Joseph Bles, born in the Hague in 1873. A very lively and attractive woman, she married Prince Pandia Petrocochino (1863-1938) in 1893. Prince Petrocochino was at one time Greek Ambassador to Turkey. The Sultan presented the Prince with an impressive scimitar in an ornamented silver scabbard on the strength of his wife being the most handsome woman in the Diplomatic Corps."
