Tower 42, 25 Old Broad Street, London, England

photo on its wiki website, which says that Palmerston House, 51-55 Broad Street, was one of the buildings that used to occupy this plot..."a building that survived from the 19th century, through both world wars. It was named after the Third Viscount Palmerston."
