The firms involved included Schilizzi & Co., at London, Manchester and Calcutta; Schilizzi & Vaffiadacchi, Leghorn, Z. Stefanovich & Co., Constantinople; A.M. Cappari, Taganrog; and Ypatio Vernudacchi, Rostoff (London Gazette 7 Jun 1861).
